Panasonic is seeking a seasoned Technician in the thermal field to provide after-sales and technical support across Europe. The role blends field work with cross-border coordination, offering on-site diagnostics, support for pre-sales, projects, and key customers, and building a technical library for service teams.

You will engage with Local Sales Offices, deliver solutions, train service teams, and liaise with factory for guidance, ensuring customer satisfaction and product uptime across

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of after-sales experience in Commercial Refrigeration / Chillers / Rooftop or equivalent.
• General refrigeration and air conditioning knowledge.
• Proficiency with software specific to the refrigeration sector.

Mansioni

• Provide after-sales support and solutions across Europe for Local Sales Office networks.
• Visit sites to perform initial diagnostics and deliver solutions.
• Support on-site diagnostics and issue resolution.
• Assist in pre-sales activities within Europe and support projects.

In this role you provide after-sales and technical support across Panasonic’s refrigeration product range for Europe. You collaborate with Local Sales Offices, offering on-site diagnostics and solutions, and support pre-sales, projects, and key customers. You’ll create a technical library, issue bulletins, and help train service teams. The position blends field work with cross-border coordination to sustain customer satisfaction and product uptime.
