ILOS, a fast-growing renewable energy company, is seeking a Commercial Project Manager to lead the commercial delivery of large-scale solar projects from late-stage development through construction, handover and the start of operations.

You will manage budgets, liquidity and commercial risks, coordinating with Development, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Project Finance and external partners to ensure projects meet approved business cases and timelines.

Competenze

• Experience managing complex renewable energy or capital-intensive projects through development, financing and delivery.
• Strong financial understanding including budgeting, CAPEX/OPEX, liquidity, modelling, reporting.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage interfaces across development, engineering, procurement, construction, finance and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of EPC and delivery contracts; strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and clear communication with investors and lenders.
• Structured, proactive with analytical and risk-mitigation focus.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages a plus.

• Lead projects from late-stage development through construction, commissioning, handover and the start of operations.
• Coordinate project team with clear responsibilities and regular updates.
• Manage budgets, CAPEX/OPEX, liquidity and guarantees; track costs in systems.
• Maintain financial model and reflect current project status.
• Assess techno-economic options for optimal project scenario.
• Prepare management and stakeholder reporting with mitigations.
• Oversee approvals for contracts and stay within approved frameworks.
• Interface across engineering, procurement, construction, finance and partners.
• Ensure EPC, technical, commercial, and insurance contracts are in place.
• Support negotiations and manage TSA, BOP, O&M, grid connections, PPAs.
• Coordinate due diligence, data room, and information for investors.
• Liaise with investors/lenders post-sale and handover to operations.
• Manage post-COD activities until TSA takeover and punch-list closure.
