Job summary

Philip Morris Italia offers a 6-month full-time internship in Commercial Performance. You will join the Commercial Planning Department, monitor KPIs, analyze results, and help develop dashboards and incentive programs.

You will work with diverse stakeholders to turn data into actionable insights that support business decisions and field execution. Fluency in English and Italian, plus strong Excel/Power BI skills, are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Economics, Business or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Clear communication in English and Italian.

Responsibilities

• Support design and monitoring of commercial KPIs and performance frameworks.
• Analyze business performance data and prepare insightful reports.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and tools.
• Assist in sales incentive program tracking and execution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to collect data and derive insights.
