Unilever Rome, Latium, Italy is hiring a UFS Category & Sales Operations Manager to translate business strategy into disciplined commercial execution and profitable growth. You will lead end-to-end sales planning, forecasting, pricing and mix strategy, and governance across channels and customers.

The role reports to the UFS Head of Country and sits in a leadership team coordinating Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Customer Development to PUSH and PULL growth models.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years in NRM and TMI in FMCG industry.
• Strong forecasting, planning and execution experience.
• Fluency in Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Lead annual commercial planning process and sales execution framework.
• Own S&OP and forecasting aligning demand, supply and priorities.
• Drive Net Revenue Management across pricing, mix and promotions.
• Develop customer and channel strategies for profitable growth.
• Utilize sell-out insights to optimize promotions and ROI.
• Lead commercial performance reviews and accountability.
• Enable sales with analytics, dashboards and decision-support tools.
• Govern investments for disciplined execution and resource allocation.
• Drive cross-functional alignment for flawless execution.
• Support innovations with strong activation and execution.
