Job summary

Boston Scientific is hiring a Commercial Excellence Intern for Neuromodulation (NMD) EMEA in Milan on a hybrid basis. You will support Process & Program and Learning & Development teams, enabling adoption of business applications and delivering analytics to guide strategic decisions.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across the EMEA region, develop training materials, optimize reporting, and explore AI-driven improvements to drive commercial performance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Preferred degree in Business Management, Engineering or Economics.
• Fluent English & Italian (C1).
• Ideally strong Microsoft-Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Tableau is a plus.
• Communication, Planning and Analytical skills.
• Eager to Learn and Development. Accountable, Proactive, Driven and Engaged.
• Team working Spirit - Contribute to environment of mutual trust, respect and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of business applications (Salesforce, Learning Management System) by providing end-user training, ongoing support, and guidance to maximize effective usage and engagement.
• Develop and enhance training materials and digital learning solutions, integrating innovative learning approaches into the broader training strategy for business applications, Neuromodulation therapies and products.
• Manage and continuously improve business applications and sales processes, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance user experience, and increase operational efficiency.
• Develop and optimize reporting and analytics solutions to enable data-driven decision-making and monitor strategic KPIs. Ensure accurate, timely insights through tools such as Salesforce Sales Cloud and Tableau.
• Explore and leverage AI-driven solutions and automation opportunities to optimize business processes, simplify workflows, enhance reporting capabilities, and drive innovation and efficiency across the division.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial IT, Commercial Excellence teams across divisions, Marketing, and FP&A to implement innovative tools, processes, and initiatives.
