Baker Hughes invites motivated students to join a global energy company through its Internship Program. You will work in the Compatibility & Coating Solutions team, gaining hands-on experience in coatings, materials characterization, and reporting within an industrial laboratory.

You’ll be mentored by a buddy and manager, with coaching to develop your learning and skills, and you’ll explore HS&E culture and diversity initiatives while contributing to real projects.

Formación

• Enrolled in bachelor’s or master’s in a relevant field.
• GPA ≥ 3.0/4.0 or equivalent.
• Interest in coatings and materials characterization.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal English.
• Legal to work in country without sponsorship or time restrictions.

Responsabilidades

• Perform hands‑on lab activities related to coatings and coating technologies.
• Support coating application and laboratory testing activities.
• Characterize coating microstructure using microscopy and related techniques.
• Evaluate coating performance including mechanical properties and corrosion behavior.
• Analyze experimental results and prepare clear technical summaries and reports.
• Support activities across coating technologies such as thermal spray and plating.
• Organize test data and maintain high-quality laboratory documentation.
• Operate in compliance with laboratory quality, safety and HSE procedures.
