Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on laboratory activities related to coatings and coating technologies.
• Support coating application and laboratory testing activities.
• Characterize coating microstructure using microscopy and other lab techniques.
• Evaluate coating performance including mechanical properties and corrosion behavior.
• Analyze experimental results and prepare clear technical summaries and reports.
• Support activities across coating technologies, including thermal spray and plating.
