Orient Express in Rome is seeking a People & Culture Manager to lead the HR function for onboard crew and operations teams, aligning people strategy with luxury standards. Reporting to the General Manager, you will drive workforce planning, talent processes, and labour relations to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Fluent in Italian and English, with a Master’s in HR and 5+ years in senior hospitality HR, you will shape a high-performance, inclusive workplace and manage HR systems,

Competenze

• Master’s degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior HR role in luxury hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of industrial and union relations and employment law.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; fluent in Italian and English.
• Proactive, strategic and hands-on across execution and planning.
• Experience with HR systems and tools (HRIS, ATS, payroll).

Mansioni

• Define and deliver HR strategy aligned with General Manager and Orient Express guidelines.
• Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, payroll and administration.
• Manage labor relations and employee disputes with discretion and compliance.
• Drive workforce planning with budgeting, headcount forecasting, and KPI monitoring.
• Foster well-being and engagement across departments and onboarding journey.
