Docebo in Italy is seeking a Cloud Engineer II to design and operate our resilient cloud infrastructure powering a global SaaS platform. You will work across compute, deployments, and internal tools to build automated, scalable systems that keep developers productive and learners served.

You will partner with Product Engineering and Site Reliability Engineering to implement IaC, observability, and security practices, while improving CI/CD, patching, and incident response to support rapid

Competenze

• 3+ years of hands-on cloud, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering experience.
• Strong experience with AWS core services (EC2, ECS/EKS, VPC, S3, RDS).
• Proficiency in scripting (Bash/Python) and Git-based workflows.
• Hands-on with containers (Docker) and Kubernetes (EKS).

Mansioni

• Architect end-to-end cloud infra changes across compute, networking, storage, and security using IaC tools.
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines for reliable releases and safe rollbacks.
• Automate Day-2 operations for provisioning, deprovisioning, backups, and maintenance.
• Build and refine Datadog dashboards, alerts, and runbooks with partner teams.
• Execute system patching and security compliance to keep the platform secure.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering and SRE to launch new services and share best practices.
