Docebo is hiring a Senior Product Engineer I in a hybrid setup across Italy. You will architect and build scalable SaaS features focusing on Golang, with frontend support via Angular/React as needed.

Competenze

• 4+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• Proficiency in Golang; exposure to Java/Python/JS is a plus.
• Experience with Scrum, CI/CD and rapid delivery.
• DevOps experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform.
• Automation testing experience and strong coding standards.
• Strong problem-solving and proactive, accountable attitude.
• Excellent collaboration and communication within cross-functional teams.

Mansioni

• Design, implement, and deploy scalable software for our SaaS platform.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and QA to translate concepts into features.
• Maintain code quality through reviews and documentation.
• Refactor to reduce technical debt and improve performance.
• Monitor live applications and troubleshoot issues for a smooth user experience.
