- 10+ years of full-stack software development experience
- Multi-language backends and scalability
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools daily
- Fluent in product analytics and experimentation
- Strong DevOps culture and cloud native practices
- Ability to mentor engineers and influence cross-functional teams
