Docebo Inc. in Milano, Italy, is hiring a Cloud Engineer II to design and operate resilient cloud infrastructure for our global SaaS platform. You will drive automation, observability, and security while enabling rapid innovation for learners worldwide.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Product Engineering and SRE teams, a strong focus on IaC, and hands-on AWS services. Our hybrid model combines office days and flexible work arrangements.

Competenze

• 3–4+ years of hands-on cloud, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering experience.
• Hands-on AWS core production services: EC2, ECS, EKS, VPC, S3, RDS.
• Proficient in Bash or Python scripting and Git-based workflows.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS).
• Infrastructure as Code with Terraform or AWS CDK.
• Familiar with Datadog for observability and alerting.

• Architect end-to-end cloud infrastructure changes across compute, networking, storage and security.
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines for reliable releases and safe rollbacks.
• Automate Day-2 operations: provisioning, deprovisioning, backups and maintenance.

The Adventure Ahead

As a Cloud Engineer II at Docebo, you will be the mastermind behind the resilient, high-performing cloud infrastructure that powers our global SaaS platform. You'll work across compute, deployment pipelines, and internal tools to build automated, bulletproof systems that make life seamless for developers and reliable for millions of learners. Your work directly fuels our ability to innovate rapidly, scale effortlessly, and deliver cutting-edge AI learning experiences safely. The Day-to-Day

• Architect the Future: Design and implement end-to-end cloud infrastructure changes across compute, networking, storage, and security using modern Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK.
• Streamline Deployments: Maintain and level up high-performing CI/CD pipelines that guarantee reliable service releases, clear quality gates, and safe rollbacks.
• Automate Everything: Eliminate manual overhead by building automated Day-2 operations for provisioning, deprovisioning, backups, and scheduled maintenance.
• Champion Reliability: Build and refine Datadog dashboards, alerts, and runbooks, while partnering with development teams to pinpoint root causes and squash system issues fast.
• Guard System Integrity: Execute critical system patching and maintain FedRAMP security compliance procedures to keep our platform rock-solid and secure.
• Empower & Collaborate: Partner closely with Product Engineering and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) teams to seamlessly launch new services and share best technical practices across Docebo.

Your Superpowers

• Bring Solid Foundations: 3/4+ years of hands-on cloud, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering experience.
• Master the Cloud: Hands-on expertise with AWS (or equivalent) core production services, including EC2, ECS, EKS, VPC, S3, and RDS.
• Code & Automate: Strong proficiency in scripting languages like Bash or Python, experience with general-purpose programming languages, and daily practice of Git-based workflows.
• Command Containers & CI/CD: Proven experience unleashing containers with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS), alongside hands-on management of CI/CD systems like GitLab CI or Jenkins.
• IaC Mastery: Advanced skill in writing clean, reusable, and modular infrastructure code using Terraform or AWS CDK.
• Drive Observability: Strong familiarity with monitoring and observability tooling (like Datadog) and the skill to translate metrics and logs into rapid problem resolution.
