Job summary

Red Hat S.R.L. is seeking an experienced professional to implement and modernize cloud-native applications for enterprise customers across EMEA. You will collaborate with consulting teams to deliver AI-enabled software using Java, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and secure DevSecOps practices.

You will work with Generative AI, LLMs, and AI agents, integrating on-premises and cloud AI services while ensuring high quality, security, and maintainability. Italian and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional IT experience with hands-on software development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and modernize Java applications using microservices, APIs, containers, and Kubernetes/OpenShift.
• Support applications modernization to cloud-native architectures.
• Develop Generative AI applications using LLMs, vector databases, AI agents, and tool calling.
• Implement CI/CD and GitOps workflows to automate delivery and deployments.
• Help secure software supply chain by identifying vulnerable dependencies and integrating security remediations.
• Apply observability, secure development, and DevSecOps practices throughout the lifecycle.
• Integrate on-premise models and cloud AI services into enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with Senior Consultants, Architects, and customer technical teams.
• Be available to work onsite with customers in Italy and across EMEA.
