Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working directly with enterprise stakeholders on infrastructural projects.
• 2+ years of experience with advanced knowledge of Red Hat OpenShift.
• Enterprise AI model serving and orchestration experience.
• 2+ years of IT automation (e.g. Ansible, puppet, etc.).
• Deep knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert at the customer site, addressing technical, development, or IT requirements.
• Implement and integrate Red Hat OpenShift, AI 3.5, and Project Lightwell security integrations.
• Collaborate with project and customer teams to meet timelines and goals.
• Mentor and share knowledge with customers.
• Define and promote automation techniques and OS security improvements.
