Job summary

Experteer Italy seeks a Clinical Trial Coordinator to drive Italian trials from start-up to close-out. You will manage trial documentation, track progress, coordinate vendors, and ensure timely investigator site payments, while maintaining inspection readiness within Novo's Clinical Development Centre.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Life Sciences, strong knowledge of GCP, CTMS experience, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Life Sciences is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with CTMS or similar systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines and stakeholders.
• Integrity, sound judgement, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support trial start-up and close-out documentation.
• Set up and maintain eTMF and iTMF files.
• Track trial activities and coordinate tasks for quality and schedule.
• Coordinate vendor relationships and ensure timely site payments.
• Collaborate across functions to keep trial execution on track.
• Maintain inspection readiness and regulatory compliance.
