Job summary

Medpace in Milan seeks a Clinical Trial Assistant to join the Site Contracts team. This full-time, office-based role supports daily departmental activities, meeting coordination, document review, and data management.

You will work closely with team members in a collaborative environment to ensure efficient study operations. Applicants should have English fluency and strong organizational and communication abilities, with preferred office experience and MS Office knowledge.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English language.
• Some experience in an office setting preferred.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Attention to detail with strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day departmental/project support activities, such as managing study supply inventory and orders, shipping, filing, faxing, etc
• Coordinate and provide minutes for department/project meetings or conference calls
• Conduct quality review of documents
• Maintain databases/spreadsheets and compile reports
• Perform other tasks as needed
