Job summary

A leading clinical research company is seeking an experienced Freelance Clinical Trial Assistant to join a dynamic team in Milan. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience supporting global clinical project teams, with proficiency in clinical trial systems such as eTMF and Veeva Vault. Responsibilities include managing trial documentation, supporting Clinical Research Associates, and ensuring compliance with protocols. Candidates must be fluent in English and able to work onsite at least three days a week on a 12-month contract.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Trial Assistant or related role.
• Hands-on experience with global clinical project teams.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial systems like eTMF and Veeva Vault.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management and oversight of clinical trials across therapeutic areas.
• Support CRAs and RSUs with study documentation and site compliance.
• Prepare and archive clinical trial documentation in line with SOPs.
