Qualifications

• Eccellenti capacità comunicative, preferibilmente in contesto di lusso.
• Livello di inglese richiesto; altre lingue utili.
• Esperienza di vendita/servizio in settori di lusso o retail di alto livello.
• Esperienza nel servizio al cliente con contatto face-to-face.
• Capacità di adattarsi a cambiamenti e a un ambiente ad alta pressione.
• Capacità di avviare contatti e comunicare efficacemente.
• Ottimo spirito di squadra e attitudine collaborativa.

Responsibilities

• Offrire un servizio eccellente mantenendo elevati standard e valori del marchio.
• Raggiungere gli obiettivi di vendita giornalieri, mensili e annuali della negozio.
• Conoscere tecniche di vendita (cross-selling) per guidare le KPI di vendita.
• Garantire un’esperienza in-store unica e di lusso per i clienti Stella.
• Gestire CRM e sviluppare attivamente la clientela del proprio portfolio.
• Rispettare le policy, le procedure e le norme di compliance.
• Mantenere l’allestimento e la presentazione (VM) allineati con le linee guida.

Job description

You will act as a Brand Ambassador in our Serravalle store , working 24 hours per week on a part-time contract during the holiday season. Your focus will be to maintain consistently exceptional standards of excellence in delivering a customer service experience which meets our on-brand focus. In doing so, creating and maintaining loyalty to both the store and the brand.

Your Mission:

• Provide excellent service through continued commitment to our service values and standards.
• To know and achieve your, and the store's daily, monthly and annual sales targets.
• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of different sales techniques, for example cross selling, to drive your sales and KPI's.
• Ensure that all Stella clients receive a unique and luxury in-store experience, satisfaction in line with company values and the "Style it like Stella" selling method.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand and manage their needs, exceeding their expectations.
• Maintain an understanding of current products, trends and collections and ensuring that clients are informed and aware.
• Handling customer complaints, seeking assistance where necessary, ensuring issues are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer and the company.
• Proactively manage and develop CRM activities alongside your personal client portfolio.
• Achieve a score of at least 90% in any mystery shop report in which you are the primary Client Style Advisor.
• Understand all policies, procedures and compliance.
• To ensure that all relevant procedures and policies are understood. To carry out work according to those standards.
• Presentation must be in line with company's uniform and grooming standards.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador by maintaining a proactive attitude, actively participating and cooperating with the team, and showing pride in your work.
• Understand and align with PCI compliance policy and regulations, consistently.
• Adheres to Security and Health and Safety regulations.
• To replenish stock and maintain high standards of VM in store, aligned with company guidelines.
• Support the store with cycle counts and during the annual inventories.
• Support with the processing of shipments and transfers, in line with the relevant procedures.
• Additional ad hoc duties as when and where necessary within the defined levels of responsibility and accountability of the Client Style Advisor role.

Your Talent:

• Excellent communication skills. English is a requirement, other languages are helpful (Cantonese, Mandarin, Russian, French, Arabic)
• Sales Experience ideally within a luxury brand and/or outlet retail.
• Experience in a customer service role with face-to-face customer contact.
• Ability to adapt to frequent change and a high-pressure environment
• Ability to initiate contact and communication effectively
• Motivated by being a great teammate with a common goal
• Strong Clienteling skills and experience

Salary Range: € 25.000 Gross Annual Salary.
