Job summary

FactSet’s Client Solutions Internship Program introduces you to FactSet’s solutions, clients, industry, and multiple teams within our client-facing and sales organization. You will begin with comprehensive training followed by opportunities to contribute to client projects and engage with clients by phone or on-site visits.

Qualifications

• Interest in Finance/FinTech and client-centric mindset.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to build relationships and work in teams.
• Proficiency at learning and using new technology.
• Strong Excel skills and MS Office knowledge.
• Final-year Master's students or recent graduates (graduation before Sept 2027).

Responsibilities

• Shadow account teams to learn about client-facing groups and our service model.
• Assist account teams with client projects, trainings, and strategic initiatives.
• Observe Sales and Client Solutions professionals delivering support by phone and on-site visits.
• Expand knowledge of our client base and financial markets through learning activities and client interactions.
• Complete large-scale independent projects and present findings to senior management.
