Job summary

Euronext in Milan offers an internship in the Executive Account Management team. The intern will assist Executive Account Managers as the main operational contact for Tier 1 and 2 Custodian Banks, handling Settlement and Custody queries and ensuring SLA adherence.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Economics/Finance is required.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Support the Executive Account Managers as the primary operational contact for assigned clients (Tier 1 & 2 Custodian Banks).
• Handle client queries related to Settlement and Custody within SLA deadlines.
• Route non-covered topics to the appropriate internal teams with timely, accurate responses.
• Track client queries and responses using the ticketing tool; report trends monthly.
• Prepare documentation for Service Reviews with Relationship Managers.
• Contribute ideas and implement improvements to current procedures.
