FactSet Italia S.R.L. offers a Client Solutions Internship Program designed to immerse you in FactSet’s solutions, clients, and industry.

You will start with comprehensive training and then contribute to client projects, engage with clients by phone or on-site visits, and develop inventive solutions to client challenges. You will shadow account teams, assist on client projects and trainings, and observe senior professionals as they deliver industry-leading support.

Qualifications

• Interest in Finance/FinTech and client-centric mindset.
• Experience or desire to be client facing in a support role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to build relationships and work on teams.
• Proficiency at learning and using new technology.

Responsibilities

• Shadow account teams to learn about client-facing groups and our service model.
• Assist account teams with client projects, trainings, and strategic initiatives.
• Observe Global Sales and Client Solutions professionals via phone and on-site visits.
• Expand knowledge of client base and financial markets through learning activities.
• Complete large-scale independent projects and present findings to senior management.
