Highsnobiety is seeking an intern to join our Client Services team in Milan. You will support planning and management of client projects from kick-off to final report, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

You’ll collaborate with Creative, Social, Production, Sales, Editorial and global Project Management teams while assisting with revenue recording and cost tracking. The role offers a dynamic, diverse environment with growth opportunities.

Competenze

• Degree in marketing, communication or related field preferred.
• Interest in the creative and fashion industry.
• Experience in project management is a plus.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent Italian with English proficiency.
• Understanding of Highsnobiety aesthetic and audience.

Mansioni

• Support planning and management of client projects from kick-off to final report.

We are looking for an intern to join our Client Services team in Milan!

YOUR MISSION:

• Support the Client Services team with the planning and management of client projects, including strategic and creative campaigns/productions from kick-off to the final report

• Ensure that assigned tasks are completed on time, within the scope, and budget

• Collaborate with different teams from Creative, Social Media/Community Management, Production, Sales, Editorial, and global Project Management counterparts

• Assist the Account Managers to record revenues, tracking costs, and maintaining accurate profit and loss statements for individual projects

• Work closely with the team and contribute to the improvement of workflows and processes

YOUR SKILLS:

• Major in marketing, communication, event, cultural studies or similar fields is an advantage

• Interest in the creative and fashion industry

• Knowledge of and first experiences in project management are a plus

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to think analytically

• Resilience and ability to handle multiple tasks even under time pressure

• Italian native speaker with fluent written and verbal English communication skills

• Understanding of the Highsnobiety aesthetic and audience

• Enjoy working in a forward-thinking, dynamic, and diverse team

• Located in Milan, available full-time
