Marsh Risk is seeking a seasoned Client Management professional to join the Infrastructure, Power & Utilities team in Milan. You will manage multinational client portfolios in construction and power sectors, drive growth and retention, and collaborate with insurers to deliver optimized risk-finance solutions.

The role requires a degree in Economics/Engineering, proven client-facing experience in insurance, and fluency in Italian and English.

Competenze

Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Engineering or similar.
Proven experience in a similar client-facing management role in Insurance or Insurance Brokerage.
Property-Liability (combined) insurance experience.
Sales acumen and innovative thinking.
Fluent in written and spoken Italian and English.
Systematic and pragmatic approach.
Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks.
Ability to work independently and within a team.

Mansioni

Manage a portfolio of large, complex and/or multinational clients in Construction and Power & Energy sectors, focusing on growth and retention.
Interface with Specialties, Placement, Operations and Insurers to support client retention and new business.
Lead insurance program design and negotiate with carriers to meet client needs; sign off on design activities.
Offer technical advice and risk/financing insights and prepare reviews of account needs.
Produce budget proposals and negotiate fees.
Host client and insurer meetings with broker and client service teams.
Aim to deliver best-in-class service and solutions to all clients.
