Ferragamo in Serravalle is seeking a Part-Time Client Advisor to deliver exceptional luxury experiences on the shop floor. You will lead by example, build lasting client relationships, and drive sales with accountability.

Fluency in Italian and English is essential, luxury retail experience is preferred, and CRM tools will be used to deepen client connections. The role offers restaurant tickets, an incentive plan, and an employee discount program.

You will join us in our store in Serravalle as a Part-Time Client Advisor, reporting directly to Store Management.

The part you’ll play

• Transform each client experience into magical moments, building authentic, long-term bonds with them
• Lead by example on the selling floor to inspire both individual and team success, driving sales results with accountability
• Demonstrate deep understanding of luxury clients’ desires, needs, and expectations
• Innovate continuously by proposing fresh ideas to enhance client value and create memorable moments.

• Gross range salary: €25.000 - €27.000 (to be prorated on the actual working hours)
