Ferragamo in Florence is seeking a part-time Client Advisor (32 hours) to elevate the customer experience in our luxury store.

You will lead by example on the sales floor, build meaningful relationships with clients, and tailor service to individual needs. The role requires fluency in Italian and English, prior luxury retail experience, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

You will join us in our store in Florence as a Part-Time Client Advisor (32 hours), reporting directly to Store Management.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle clients with empathy and put them at the centre of every decision.

• Experience in luxury retail or a similar client-facing role.
• Fluency in Italian and English is essential; knowledge of an additional language is an advantage.
• Ability to develop meaningful client relationships using CRM tools and initiatives.

Compensation & Benefit

• Gross range salary: €26.000 - €29.000 (to be prorated on the actual working hours)
