Diesel is recruiting a Client Advisor Chinese Speaker PT 30h for the Rome Fiumicino Airport store. You will be the face of the brand, delivering premium customer service in Chinese and Italian, guiding clients through product knowledge and a handcrafted shopping experience.

Role emphasizes storytelling, clienteling, and achieving sales targets with a strong emphasis on fashion luxury sensibilities. Competitive benefits include employee discounts and opportunities within the OTB group network.

For our Diesel Store in Rome Fiumicino Airport we are now recruiting a new Client Advisor Chinese Speaker PT 30h.

Key Responsibilities

• Act and think first of the client and their experience, you have an in-depth knowledge of the desires, needs and expectations of clients.
• Welcome and assist each client providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.
• Be a master at storytelling and at the art of asking engaging questions - Create a long-term authentic bond with clients by making them feel the experience is truly about them - Deal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.
• Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor, to drive individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results.
• Be proactively engaged in cross selling with all Departments and maximizes sales opportunity in order to achieve individual sales target and KPIs.
• Prove Brand and product knowledge.
• Ensure and maintain the shop floor and visual display high standard, complying with.
• Company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
• Contribute to ensure a high level of security and is attentive to prevent product thefts, including tagging garments and merchandise on the floor.
• Think innovatively about how we can improve and generate new ways, be up-to-date with new fashion trends and competitors.
• Develop and nurture meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives.
• Manage and drive sales by understanding client desires and create a hand-crafted experience for the client to achieve the best sales performance.

Key Requirements

• Previous experience in sales roles is a plus; Experience in structured Fashion Luxury/Retail Companies is a plus.
• Passionate in Retail, Client service and commercial mindset.
• Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness evolve in the organization, willingness to relocate is a plus.
• Digitally aware and open to new ways of working.
• We are looking for candidates with strong competencies in Decision Making, Strategic Thinking, Financial Acumen, Innovation, Focus on Customer and Execution.

Language Proficiency

Chinese and Italian are mandatory. Any additional language is considered a strong plus.

Compensation & Level

• CCNL Commercio, Level 5° - 4°
• Salary range (gross annual): €23.241,12 - €26.000
• Variable incentive plan: from 0.6% to 1.8% of individuals sales

The final offer will be determined based on experience, skills, and level of responsibility. We are open to candidates with different levels of seniority.
