AMI Paris is seeking a Client Advisor for Rinascente Milano, starting September 2026. The role focuses on selling luxury fashion, building lasting customer relationships, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience in a premium environment.

You will greet clients, understand their needs, and present curated selections while supporting stock management and store visuals. A strong sense of fashion and English fluency are essential; additional languages are a plus.

Competenze

• Two years of experience in high-end ready-to-wear sales and familiarity with sales techniques.
• Cheerful, dynamic, involved, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Enjoys working as part of a team and is results-oriented.
• Strong sense of customer service and meeting customer needs.
• Strong sense of fashion and understanding of trends.
• Fluency in English is essential; another language is a real asset.

Mansioni

• Sell and build customer loyalty.
• Welcome customers according to AMI values and create a positive shopping experience.
• Understand customer needs and propose relevant product selections with cross selling.
• Assist customers during fittings and alterations when needed.
• Introduce new customers to the AMI brand and welcome them to Rinascente Milano.
• Follow stock receptions, monitor inventories, and support transfers/restocking.
• Contribute to visual merchandising and maintain store presentation.
