360 Talent seeks a Senior Client Advisor for Serravalle Outlet. The role focuses on delivering luxury fashion client service with CRM-driven client book management and after-sales processes. You will also support VM, stockroom activities and cash desk while upholding brand standards.

Applicants should have 3+ years in premium/luxury fashion, strong client relationship skills, and excellent communication. English language is required; attractive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in premium or luxury fashion, RTW experienced.
• Strong experience in building and maintaining client relationships.
• Exceptional communication and autonomous, energetic attitude.
• English language required.

Responsibilities
