Saipem is seeking a Civil Works Engineer in Milan to drive civil and structural design activities within the Energy Carriers business line. You will coordinate disciplines, review tenders, prepare BOQs and MTOs, and support cost evaluations while ensuring contractual quality compliance.

The role offers a permanent contract with hybrid work, travel opportunities, and a path to contribute to sustainable energy projects globally.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master in Hydraulics or Risk Mitigation or Structural a plus.
• 3–5 years in energy sector preferred; strong English (B2).
• Advanced proficiency with 3D modeling, BOQ/MTO accuracy, and interface management.

Mansioni

• Support standards and procedures, update engineering docs.
• Review tender docs, prepare BOQs/MTOs, estimates, bid evaluations.
• Develop civil/structural designs: foundations, structures, roads, drainage.
• Prepare procurement tech docs and supplier evaluations.
• Provide site engineering support and ensure quality interfaces.
