Job summary

Diesel Store Rome Fiumicino Airport is seeking a client advisor who speaks Chinese to deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You will welcome clients, tell compelling stories, and build genuine relationships while driving sales and maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales roles is a plus; Experience in structured Fashion Luxury/Retail Companies is a plus.
• Chinese language ability is required; Italian is also expected.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist each client providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.
• Be a master at storytelling and at the art of asking engaging questions to create a personalized experience.
• Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor to drive sales and KPI achievement.
• Engage in cross selling with all Departments to maximize sales opportunities and reach targets.
• Maintain high shop floor standards and visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines.
• Develop and nurture client relationships through CRM initiatives.
