Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Italian; a third language preferred.
• Previous professional experience in luxury or fine dining.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of F&B on Terrazza Restaurant per company standards.
• Monitor customer experience from arrival to service delivery.
• Coordinate with Commis de Rang and support flawless service.
