Job summary

Splendido Mare, a Belmond Hotel, part of the LVMH Group, seeks a Chef de Rang for DaV Mare to deliver authentic luxury service and superb guest experiences on the Italian Riviera.

The role requires English and Italian fluency, plus a passion for hospitality, ambition to grow, and strong teamwork in a fine dining setting. A seasonal Labour contract is offered with a structured career path within Belmond.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Italian; a third language preferred.
• Previous professional experience within the luxury environment or fine dining.
• Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally.
• Effective communication, emotional intelligence, adaptability.
• Collaboration: be able and willing to work as a team player.

Responsibilities

• Fullfil the operations of the Food & Beverage on DaV Restaurant, according to the Company policies, high standards and procedures.
• Monitor all aspects of the customers' experience, from the restaurant layout before they arrive to the experience they receive during the service.
• Act to enhance a flawless service and anticipate Guests’ needs; Establish and maintain good relationships with all Guests and handle requests and enquiries;
• Coordinate and monitor Commis de Rang assigned to him/her;
• Contribute to the achievement of the economic targets of the outlet.
