We are seeking a Chef de Rang to join the F&B team at Sheraton Milan. The role rotates across restaurant services to provide a comprehensive view of operations and to support the team in delivering excellent service.

The successful candidate will welcome guests, take orders, provide table and room service, handle phone orders and reservations, and ensure accurate payment processing according to company rules. English and Italian proficiency is required.

Competenze

• Knowledge of English and Italian is required.
• Education: High school diploma or GED; HACCP certification.

Mansioni

• Welcoming customers, taking orders, and providing table service.
• Providing room service.
• Answering the phone for orders or reservations.
• Processing and managing payments in accordance with company rules and guidelines.
• Knowing and mastering the menu and replicating recipes.
• Manage stocks of materials and products for service, informing Supervisors.
• Supervise and coordinate commis chefs and extra staff.
• Work with the team to ensure quality service and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness, complying with HACCP regulations.
• Follow health, hygiene and food safety regulations; report issues.
• Assist managers with other tasks as needed.
