Job summary

EDITION Hotels at Lake Como is seeking a culinary professional to join the Food & Beverage team. You will prepare meals, regulate oven temperatures, monitor quality and portions, and ensure presentation and safety standards are met. The role requires team collaboration and adherence to safety policies.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of related experience and a Technical/Trade/Vocational degree. This full-time position includes accommodation on Lake Como and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
• Related Work Experience: At least 3 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals according to recipes, quality standards, and food preparation checklist.
• Regulate oven temperatures and monitor cooking equipment.
• Maintain proper portion sizes, presentation, and food garnish.
• Monitor quality and quantity of prepared food and log as required.
• Communicate needs during busy periods and coordinate with Chef and service staff.
