Job summary

Aviapartner is seeking Passenger Service Agents for the Landside department at Milan Linate Airport. The role focuses on check-in, documentation checks, and assisting passengers to ensure a smooth journey.

The position requires excellent English, flexibility for shifts (including weekends/holidays), and the ability to work under pressure. A valid driving license (B) and car are preferred, along with strong IT skills and a customer‑oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform passenger and baggage check-in operations with accuracy and attention to detail, in compliance with current regulations on security, safety, privacy, and quality, including issuing boarding passes and baggage tags.
• Verify travel documentation in accordance with the entry requirements of destination countries (e.g. passports and visas).
• Ensure the smooth handling of transfer procedures for connecting passengers.
• Collaborate with airport staff to provide a positive travel experience.
• Handle any issues professionally and promptly.
