Aviapartner is seeking a Passenger Service Agent for the Landside department at Milan Linate Airport. You will handle check-in, document verification, and general passenger assistance to ensure smooth travel experiences.

The role requires flexibility for shifts and weekend work, strong English skills, and the ability to work under pressure while delivering professional service to customers.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of English.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Driving licence (B) and car owner.
• Strong motivation, sense of responsability , punctuality.
• Client oriented.
• Good IT skills and use of devices.

Responsabilités

• Perform passenger and baggage check-in operations with accuracy and attention to detail, in compliance with current regulations on security, safety, privacy, and quality, including issuing boarding passes and baggage tags.
• Verify travel documentation in accordance with the entry requirements of destination countries (e.g. passports and visas).
• Ensure the smooth handling of transfer procedures for connecting passengers.
• Collaborate with airport staff to provide a positive travel experience.
• Handle any issues professionally and promptly.
