Job summary

CNH Industrial is seeking a CFD Analysis Engineer to develop and apply CFD simulations for the design, validation, and optimization of agricultural and construction equipment.

You will join a global engineering team working on HVAC, engine cooling, hydraulics, and transmissions, using STAR-CCM+ and related tools.

A Master’s degree in engineering and at least three years of CFD experience are required, with strong communication across multicultural teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering or related technical discipline with CFD experience.
• Minimum three years of hands‑on CFD using STAR-CCM+ or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of CFD principles in design and validation.
• Experience with underhood thermal management, multi-physics, climate control, aeroacoustics.
• Familiarity with exhaust aftertreatment analyses (SCR, DPF, DOC).
• Excellent written and verbal communication for internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop CFD models to evaluate designs for agricultural and construction machinery.
• Analyze fluid flow, heat transfer, combustion, emissions, sprays, multiphase flows, hydraulics, aero-acoustics.
• Provide engineering recommendations based on simulations and judgment.
• Apply standards and global product development processes in daily work.
• Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment.
• Coordinate with U.S. and India counterparts across time zones.
