Job summary

CNH is seeking a Vehicle Performance Engineer in Modena to define targets, plan tests, and optimize hydraulic and mechatronic systems. You will work on proving grounds, in-field environments, and labs to deliver safe, efficient, and competitive tractors.

The role requires a Master’s in a relevant engineering field, hands-on testing experience, and strong analytical skills. Domestic and international travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in a mechanical/automotive or related field.
• Experience in vehicle testing, validation, and calibration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Define vehicle performance targets, KPIs, and test procedures.
• Plan and analyze tests on proving grounds, field, and labs.
• Calibrate mechatronic systems and tune hydraulics.
• Define instrumentation setups and coordinate test prep.
• Ensure data quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Produce technical reports and recommendations.
