Job summary

CNH in Modena, Italy, is seeking an Engine Installation System Engineer/Designer to join the hybrid-working Tractor Product Engineering team. You will develop and maintain engine installation components across cooling, fuel, air intake, and aftertreatment systems, collaborating with suppliers and cross-functional teams to meet performance, cost, and schedule targets.

The role emphasizes CFD/FEM simulations, design reviews, and DVP planning, with travel as needed and a focus on process discipline

Qualifications

Experience with engine installation and related components (FEAD, Air Intake System, cooling package, fuel systems, ATS) is required.
Experience and sensitivity with CFD analysis is desired.
The candidate should be process oriented and able to lead design reviews.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Engine Installation systems and components (cooling package, ATS, Fuel and AdBlue systems, FEAD, Air Intake).
Lead Design Analysis and Simulation (CFD, FEM) activities.
Interact with suppliers and Vehicle Team to ensure timely delivery and design compliance.
Provide technical support to Manufacturing and Product Validation teams.
