CNH Industrial is seeking an Innovation Mechatronic Systems Engineer to define, develop, prototype, validate and transfer cutting-edge mechatronic solutions for agricultural machinery. You will collaborate with multiple engineering disciplines, suppliers and universities to move concepts into prototypes and readiness for product development.
The role requires 3–5 years in related fields, strong modeling/simulation skills, and a passion for automation, electrification and advanced control
Competenze
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechatronics or related engineering.
- 3–5 years’ engineering experience in agricultural equipment.
- Experience in mechatronic development, hydraulics, controls, and vehicle systems.
- Strong knowledge of software tools for modeling and simulation.
- Ability to work with international teams and suppliers.
Mansioni
- Lead innovation projects on advanced mechatronic systems for agricultural equipment.
- Mature technologies from concept through prototype validation.
- Develop system requirements, architectures, and validation plans.
- Collaborate with software and controls teams for embedded functions.
- Plan and execute laboratory, vehicle and field validation.
