GoStudent is launching its very first Tuition Center in Varese and seeks a Centre Manager to lead the new hybrid tutoring concept blending online, group, and in-person sessions on-site in Varese. This role focuses on local growth, operations, and student success.

You will oversee the centre’s daily operations, coordinate tutors, and build strong relationships with students and families, reporting to the Head of Revenue. Bilingual Italian and English skills are valued.

Responsabilités

• Drive local marketing and sales initiatives to grow the customer base and reach revenue targets
• Coordinate a local team of tutors (freelancers) to deliver excellent learning experiences
• Oversee daily operations of the GoStudent centre, including scheduling and service quality
• Build and nurture relationships with students and parents to ensure satisfaction and outcomes
• Monitor KPIs and use data-driven insights to optimise results
• Maintain a welcoming, safe, and well-functioning learning space
• Report to the Head of Revenue for the market

Location: Varese (on-site)

Contract: Fixed Term, part-time

Salary & Growth-Based Bonus

A Fixed annual gross salary According to the amount of hours per week:

• 20h/week: €13,333.34
• 30h/week: €20,000
• 40h/week: €26,666.67

And a Bonus: Grow your centre, grow your earnings! Earn 5%-9% of your centre's monthly Gross Profit as your active student base grows.

Based on an illustrative centre growth scenario, your additional bonus could average:

• Year 1: ~€450/month
• Year 2: ~€1,900/month

Bonus projections are illustrative, not guaranteed, and depend on actual centre performance and Gross Profit.

• Oversee the daily operations of the GoStudent centre, ensuring smooth scheduling and top-quality services
• Build and nurture relationships with students and parents to ensure excellent learning outcomes and high satisfaction
• Monitor key performance indicators and use data-driven insights to optimise results
• Maintain a welcoming, safe and well-functioning learning space for students and tutors
• Report directly to the Head of Revenue for the market
