Affinity Petcare is seeking a Cell Leader for its Mantova production cell. You will report to the Production Manager and own Safety, Quality, People, Delivery, Cost, and Innovation results for the cell, spanning multiple lines.

You will implement PDCA, drive loss mapping with other leaders, and build a master plan to hit targets. You will coach line leaders, manage personnel, and champion a Run-To-Target culture in a manufacturing excellence environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Upper Secondary (High School Diploma) or Technical Degree required; University Degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• Experience on shop floor with capability in leading small teams (5–10 operators).
• Hands-on in safety and quality compliance, problem-solving, and resolving technical issues.
• Leadership & coaching: ability to lead multiple teams, manage conflict, and communicate clearly at all levels, develop Line Leaders.
• Functional expertise: knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, scheduling systems, Lean tools; understanding cost drivers and analytics.

Responsabilités

• Lead the cell using PDCA to deploy objectives and track key indicators.
• Oversee daily performance meetings and ensure resource availability and alignment.
• Coach and promote a Run-To-Target culture and develop talent.
• Manage production personnel in the cell and oversee performance reviews.
• Own safety and quality performance and drive robust quality systems.
• Support cost reduction and participate in innovation initiatives and new equipment readiness.
