Pirelli’s Bari Digital Solutions Center is seeking an experienced CPM/EPM professional to drive budgeting, forecasting and financial consolidation projects. You will design data integration flows, configure Tagetik and Oracle EPM modules, and collaborate with stakeholders across the value chain.

You will work with AIH and data transformation tools, ensure data quality, and support governance across environments. The role offers hybrid remote working and a pathway for career growth.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in CPM, EPM, or Finance Transformation projects.
• Solid hands-on experience with the CCH Tagetik platform.
• Strong knowledge of Analytical Information Hub (AIH) and data integration processes.
• Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud solutions (Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close, and Narrative Reporting).
• Good command of the English language.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze functional requirements
• Translate business requirements into implementation solutions on CCH Tagetik and Oracle EPM platforms
• Configure and develop Budgeting, Forecasting, Strategic Planning, and Financial Consolidation models
• Design and implement data integration processes leveraging Tagetik AIH
• Configure Data Transformation Packages (DTPs), staging processes, data transformations, and integrations
• Implement Data Quality controls, validation processes, and reconciliation procedures
• Configure workflows, approval processes, and management reporting solutions
• Develop and maintain Oracle Hyperion Planning and Oracle EPM Cloud applications
• Manage Essbase multidimensional cubes and related processing activities
• Collaborate with the AMS team to ensure proper governance, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the solutions.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field;
• At least 3 years of experience in CPM, EPM, or Finance Transformation projects;
• CCH Tagetik and/or Oracle EPM Cloud certifications are considered a plus, as well as experience with Tagetik modules such as IFRS 16, Tax Provision, ESG & Sustainability, Cash Flow Planning, and Disclosure Management;
• Solid hands-on experience with the CCH Tagetik platform;
• Strong knowledge of Analytical Information Hub (AIH) and data integration processes;
• Experience in configuring and using standard Tagetik modules;
• Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud solutions (Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close, and Narrative Reporting);
• Strong SQL skills, including experience in developing complex queries for functional analysis, application troubleshooting, reconciliations, process monitoring, performance optimization, and data validation activities;
• Good command of the English language.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE

• The employment contract will be regulated by "Gomma Plastica" National Collective Bargaining Agreement
• The gross annual base salary (RAL) offered will be no less than €35.000
• The Company is committed to offering a competitive compensation package and, following the selection process, may propose a final gross annual base salary above the stated level, commensurate with the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications
• The position's compensation package also includes a variable component and a competitive welfare and benefits offer. Further details will be provided at a later stage and will be subject to the applicable Company policies.
