Pirelli & C. S.p.A. in Milan is seeking a highly skilled professional to join the Methods & Systems team. You will work on profitability data generation, support budget processes, and ensure coherent financial analysis across the group.

You will monitor KPIs, transfer monthly data to controlling systems, and contribute to the design and testing of new tools with IT. Fluency in English and Italian, a MSc in a related field, and strong data management skills are required.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
• Meticulous data management and analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office; basic SAP.
• Knowledge of Oracle ERP tools for EPM or familiarity with statistical tools.
• Good communication, teamwork, and proactive problem solving.

Mansioni

• Pirelli Group local profitability data generation and reporting with HQ collaboration.
• Support yearly budget and monthly closures through rolling forecasts and plans.
• Analyze profitability data and ensure coherence across analysis dimensions.
• Define and monitor economic and financial KPIs to support decisions.
• Ensure monthly data transfer from accounting to controlling systems.
• Share P&L information with local subsidiaries.
• Monitor profitability with Transfer Pricing policy in collaboration with Tax.

YOUR CORE ACTIVITIES

• Pirelli Group local and integrated profitability data generation, leveraging internal controlling systems and collaborating with the relevant HQ corporate functions and all Group local subsidiaries.
• Supporting Reporting, Methods & Systems team during yearly budget and monthly closures through rolling forecast and strategic plans.
• Analyzing profitability data and checking their coherence and consistence across all the relevant dimensions of analysis to ensure adequate business explanations.
• Defining and monitoring economic and financial KPIs to support business decisions.
• Ensuring monthly actual data transfer from accounting systems to controlling systems.
• Sharing with local subsidiaries P&L information generated within the controlling systems.
• Monitoring local subsidiaries profitability according to Group Transfer Pricing Policy and in collaboration with Tax department.
• Designing, developing, and testing new systems for internal controlling. Maintaining systems functionalities in collaboration with IT department.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Master's degree in Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
• A meticulous approach to data management and analysis is essential.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, basic understanding of SAP.
• Knowledge of Oracle ERP tools for Enterprise Performance Management or familiarity with statistical tools for data analysis is a plus.
• Good communication skills, team working and a proactive approach to problem solving.
