YIBI Hantang in Milan is seeking a Category Manager to support beauty, fragrance, fashion, wellness and lifestyle projects across Italy and Europe.

You will analyze category trends, evaluate extension opportunities, and help brands expand into adjacent categories, including China collaborations.

Competenze

• Experience in category management, product strategy, merchandising, consumer insights, or brand management.
• Experience in beauty, fragrance, fashion, luxury, lifestyle, or premium consumer products is preferred.
• Strong understanding of consumer trends and category dynamics.
• Commercial and analytical mindset.
• Experience working with international brands is an advantage.

About the Role

We are seeking a Category Manager based in Milan to support projects across beauty, fragrance, fashion, wellness, and lifestyle categories.

The role is suited to professionals who understand category strategy, consumer demand, product portfolios, and how brands expand into adjacent opportunities.
