YIBI Hantang is seeking a Category Manager based in Milan to support projects across beauty, fragrance, fashion, wellness, and lifestyle categories.

The role requires understanding category strategy, consumer demand, and how brands expand into adjacent opportunities, with a focus on Italy and Europe and opportunities in China.

Competenze

• Experience in category management, product strategy, merchandising, consumer insights, or brand management.
• Experience in beauty, fragrance, fashion, luxury, lifestyle, or premium consumer products is preferred.

About the Role

• Evaluate potential category-extension opportunities.
• Assess consumer demand, competition, positioning, and market potential.
• Support product portfolio and category strategy discussions.
• Identify emerging brands and consumer trends in Italy and Europe.
• Provide insights into product opportunities and market movements.
• Support selected brands exploring new categories in China.

Qualifications

• Experience in category management, product strategy, merchandising, consumer insights, or brand management.
• Experience in beauty, fragrance, fashion, luxury, lifestyle, or premium consumer products is preferred.
• Strong understanding of consumer trends and category dynamics.
• Commercial and analytical mindset.
• Experience working with international brands is an advantage.
