Baker Hughes in Italy is looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer - Casting and Forging to ensure supplier quality and compliance with engineering standards. You will analyze defects, define robust corrective actions, and collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics and Procurement.

The role requires a degree in Mechanical or Materials Engineering, knowledge of metallurgy and NDT, and fluency in English with Italian or French.

Formación

• Degree in Mechanical or Materials Engineering.
• Knowledge of process metallurgy, metallography, castings, welding techniques, and NDT (VT, PT, MT, UT, RX).
• Ability to read technical drawings and product specifications.
• Fluent in English; Italian or French.
• EU work permit and willingness to travel up to 50% (including France plant).

Responsabilidades

• Support supplier root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions after NCR.
• Implement Quality Development Plans for eligible suppliers.
• Qualify suppliers according to company rules.
• Move out periodic audits to verify compliance with company requirements.
• Support SDR management and cross-functional quality improvements.
