You will play a key role in creating a smooth and memorable final touchpoint, supporting both the client experience and store operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver accurate and efficient transaction processing in line with Burberry standards

Provide a warm, professional and seamless checkout experience for every client

Support the sales team by ensuring smooth coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house activities

PERSONAL PROFILE

Experience in a customer-facing or cashier role, ideally within retail or premium environments

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions

Clear and confident communication skills with a client-focused approach

Reliable, organised and able to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting

Collaborative mindset and willingness to support team priorities

Flexibility to work across peak retail periods and weekends
