Job summary

Hill Robinson is seeking a Captain to join a 30m+ motor yacht for a Private/Charter program on a Single Season/Mediterranean itinerary. Start date is 1st November, with Italy as the location and salary paid in Euros. Leave: 60 days.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of yachting experience, previous captaincy on similar vessels, and strong leadership, administration and budgeting capabilities to manage a private/charter program.

Qualifications

• Captain on a similar size vessel experience.
• Charter experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and crew management skills.

Hill Robinson is delighted to present an opportunity for a Captain to join a 30m+ Motor Yacht. The program runs a Single Season/Mediterranean based itinerary, with a Private/Charter program.

Start date: 1st November
Location: Italy
Package: Salary paid in Euros
Leave: 60 days

Experience / attributes required:

• 5+ years of yachting experience
• Previous experience as a Captain on a similar size vessels
• Prior Charter experience would be desired
• Strong engineering skills with a proactive, problem-solving approach
• Excellent leadership, communication and crew management skills
• Solid knowledge of Mediterranean cruising grounds
• Strong administration and accounting capabilities

Qualifications required:

• STCW (fully updated)
• Seafarer's Medical Certificate (with 6 months+ validity)
• Master 500 minimum
• AEC 2 (Preferred)
• Seamans Discharge Book

Must be willing to undergo extensive background checks and pre-employment drug test.
