Job summary

Freyrecruitment is seeking an experienced Sole Stewardess for a 40m sailing yacht to join in Italy before crossing to Antigua. The role requires confident, independent interior leadership with a proven background on 30m+ yachts and a willingness to take ownership of the department.

It is a busy Med/Caribbean program with a mix of private and charter runs. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive and a strong team player, with wine knowledge considered a bonus for service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience on 30m+ sailing yachts.
• Sole Stewardess or strong Second Stewardess on similar-sized yacht preferred.
• Organised, efficient and proactive with a positive attitude.
• Wine knowledge or beverage experience would be a bonus.
• True non smoker.

A 40m sailing yacht is seeking an experienced Sole Stewardess to join in Italy prior to crossing to Antigua.

This is a busy Med/Caribbean program looking for someone who is confident running the interior independently and enjoys taking ownership of their department. The yacht is looking for a strong all-rounder who can maintain high standards while fitting into a close-knit crew environment. They do a mix of private and charter throughout both seasons.

The role will involve all aspects of the interior, including housekeeping, laundry, provisioning, inventories and guest service. Whilst you will be solely responsible for the interior, this is very much a team-oriented yacht where crew are happy to support each other when required.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience on sailing yachts over 30m, with previous experience as a Sole Stewardess or a strong Second Stewardess on a similar-sized yacht. You should be organised, efficient and proactive, with a positive attitude and the ability to think on your feet.

The owners are looking for someone interested in a long-term position. Strong service skills are essential, and wine knowledge or beverage experience would be a bonus.
